With 11 years as an entrepreneur, Charlene brings a wealth of experience in property management, social care, and guest services. She’s managed private rental properties for 4 years, worked as a probation officer, and spent 10 years in social care, giving her a deep understanding of people, structure, and safeguarding.

Having experienced homelessness herself, Charlene is passionate about creating clean, secure, and welcoming spaces. She’s also connected to a network of over 100 serviced accommodation managers, ensuring her approach stays current, compliant, and scalable.

 

Zara- Operations Manager

With three years managing serviced accommodation, alongside three years running a commercial cleaning business and 15 years in social care, Zara brings a rare blend of operational precision, empathy, and professionalism to every property she oversees.

Having experienced homelessness herself, she deeply understands the value of clean, safe, and structured spaces. That lived experience drives her commitment to delivering hands-off solutions for landlords and thoughtful, well-managed stays for guests—ensuring every booking is smooth, respectful, and cared for.
